Happy Friday, and welcome to the first annual (maybe) Bumper Saucer games!

We have rivals on the field, and in the commentary box. I tried to give each of our Kickstarter backers equal screen time in this story, which was challenging, but I’m hoping we pulled it off here. Bodhi gets a little more time in that he has more lines of dialogue, but you see him the same amount as everyone else who pledged.

Who will win this match of wills and skills? Find out next week, updates every Wednesday and Friday!

I’m attending New York Comic Con (NYCC) this weekend, running the Reading with Pictures booth (#441). I’ll have copies of READING WITH PICTURES (volumes 1 & 2), ALBERT THE ALIEN, JUNKYARD CHASE, and the premiere of my new story in the KILLER QUEEN anthology from Red Stylo Media. If you get a copy of READING WITH PICTURES from me on Thursday or Friday, I’ll put a sketch of your favorite character in the book!

There will also be original art (sketch cards), and I’ll be taking commissions for the first few days of the show.

In addition to running the booth, I’ll also be participating in some panels; namely, this panel:

PANEL: Reading With Pictures: Comics That Make Kids Smarter
DATE: Sun. October 12
TIME: 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM
ROOM: 1A01

Hope to see you there!
